Sony Ericsson W910i wins phone of the year award at MWC


Yep, that’s right, according to Mobile Today, the award for the best handset of the year, at the 13th annual GSM Association awards, goes to: the Sony Ericsson W910i.

Judges described it as a “superb all-rounder”, and it won because of its gorgeous, easy to use design. In the world of mobile phones, the other one that got highly commended was the 3 Skypephone, for its range of superb features that you don’t normally see on a phone in that price range.

Not least of which is the Skype access, I would imagine.

But anyway, no doubt about it, this is the W910i’s show, so let’s all give a big round of applause to this beauty!

We’ll see if Sony Ericsson can win it next year as well…
